Work in call center handling in-bound calls; solve problems for ag parts customers. Seeking individual with ability to problem solve. If can’t resolve immediately, seek out assistance and solutions and get back to customer. Be the “point of contact” for customer. Prefer experience in parts, call center and/or agriculture.

Field Mechanic

Seeking self-motivated technician to cover southern North Dakota and Northern South Dakota. Will be responsible for servicing agricultural sprayers. Diagnose and repair systems, order and install parts, complete necessary documentation. Must have strong background with hydraulic and electrical systems.  Quarterly and year-end  incentives.

Service Manager

Responsible for troubleshooting machines, providing support to customers and technicians. Will be responsible for 5 techs, delegate work to in-house techs and field techs.
