What if someone I hire through agriCAREERS, INC.® leaves?

We will honor the Replacement/Refund Policy outlined in our Fee Schedule should the employee leave within the specified timeframe. The refund policy is null and void unless fee is paid within the first 10 days of employment.

What do you expect from me as a client?

Open and honest communication is key. Timing is everything. We need prompt follow-up on your part. If we leave a message for you, call us back as soon as possible; otherwise the candidate may no longer be available.

How soon should I expect to receive resumes from agriCAREERS, INC.®?

We utilize a vast network of candidates for our sourcing needs. We only send qualified candidates who are genuinely interested in the position. It takes time to find the right candidate for you. We believe in open and honest communication and will keep in touch with you throughout the search process.

Do you complete background checks on your candidates?

At your request, a background check can be generated for a candidate you have genuine interest in hiring. This should be completed prior to extending an offer for employment.

As an employer, I do not want to receive resumes of unqualified people. Do you screen your candidates?

Yes. We work hard to send only qualified candidates and will not pass along a resume unless we feel the candidate is capable of handling the responsibilities outlined by you. We discuss the position with the candidate, review the experience required, and check references. We value your time.

When is a placement fee earned?

Our charge is to the employer and a placement fee is earned when a candidate referred by agriCAREERS, INC.® is hired and begins employment.  Acceptance of referrals from us is evidence of your agreement to comply with our schedule of charges, terms, and conditions.
