Manage service operations for efficient and profitable ag implement service department. Oversee 8-10 technicians, schedule and assign jobs according to skills and knowledge of techs. Will also submit warranty claims, execute service department marketing plans, coordinate customer clinics, field days, etc. Charged with growing service sales and exercising expense control. Requires 5+ years in service

Agricultural Service Technician

Troubleshoot and repair ag equipment for Case/IH Dealership.
