Troubleshoot and repair ag equipment for Case/IH Dealership. Precision Ag Specialist

Growing organization seeks individual to join their team. Will be responsible for selling, installing and servicing precision ag products. Call on farmers in parts of Illinois introducing  products, promoting upgrades, and solving problems. Will train on their product lines, requires ag background, people skills and interest in electronics.

Ag Mechanic

Responsible for repair and maintenance of peas and corn harvest equipment. Maintain costs for budget purposes, maintain facility. Assist site manager with all facets of operations including operational, quality, cost and reliability initiatives. Play a vital leadership role in on-site safety programs, documentation and reporting. Work with seed receiving, cleaning and conditioning, treating and packaging seed, training and scheduling staff. Also coordinate and plan customer seed orders, inventory management, trade and compliance, shipping.

Parts Manager

Parts Department Manager: Sell new and used  parts. Coach and lead the parts team. Provide excellent customer service. Sell new and used parts for ag equipment. $60,000 – $70,000. SC.

Customer Service – Parts

Assist in sales of new and used parts. Receive inbound calls, respond to E-Mails along with some walk in customers. Must have mechanical aptitude, understand ag equipment. Communicate effectively. Must be customer focused. $20-27/hour. SD.
