Grain Processing & Logistics Manager

Grain Marketer

Responsible for buying and selling corn and soybeans for smaller cooperative. Set prices for the locations. Work closely with a grain marketing organization. Oversee/schedule 5+ semis, along with contract haulers. Requires excellent customer service skills, knowledge of grain purchasing. Prefer Hedging experience. BS preferred. $60,000 to $120,000 depending on experience.

Hog Buyer

Call on independent hog producers procuring market hogs and utilize various risk management tools. Provide up-to-date information on long and short term market trends. Seeks individual with experience in swine industry, ideally in procurement or feed sales/nutrition. BS preferred. Will work remotely, but need to be based in IA, NE, MN, SD, KS, or MO.

Grain Operations Manager

Responsible for 2 river grain terminals along with several small seasonal grain facilities handling about 14MM bushels (primarily wheat with some corn)annually. Oversee barge loading, construction projects, supervise 7-10 employees. Requires demonstrated success with grain conditioning/quality control, leading a team, etc.

Logistics & Processing

Work with a mobile processing unit that processes identity preserved grains. Will also coordinate product transport (raw materials and finished product). Will also work with packaging and shipping. Requires detail oriented, organized individual that is good with equipment.  AS or BS preferred.

Technical Service Manager

Provide technical information and support  to customers, field technical calls from producers, sales and suppliers. Develop feeding guidelines, work with new ingredient setup, provide product knowledge to team, solve technical problems. Build rapport with independent livestock consultants and dealer network. Requires solid understanding of feed and livestock industry along with 3 years’ experience in  customer

Grain Superintendent

Oversee daily operations of 4MM bushel storage facility, handling about 30MM bushels of grain a year. Will supervise 10-15 employees, coordinate transportation and maintenance needs, responsible for grain quality, quantity and inventory. Customer service top priority. Seeking self-motivated individual with solid leadership skills. Rail experience a plus. Prefer experience in blending and mixing grain along

Dairy Nutritionist

Majority of time will be in sales and business development. Will build relationships and develop customized feed solutions. Work closely with customers to find solutions and optimize dairy.  Portion of time will be administrative, work with formulations, etc. BS in Animal Science with experience in dairy or feed industry.
