Grain Operations Manager

Responsible for 2 river grain terminals along with several small seasonal grain facilities handling about 14MM bushels (primarily wheat with some corn)annually. Oversee barge loading, construction projects, supervise 7-10 employees. Requires demonstrated success with grain conditioning/quality control, leading a team, etc.

Logistics & Processing

Work with a mobile processing unit that processes identity preserved grains. Will also coordinate product transport (raw materials and finished product). Will also work with packaging and shipping. Requires detail oriented, organized individual that is good with equipment.  AS or BS preferred.

Territory Feed Sales

Call on customers and potential customers promoting beef, sheep, goat and dairy feed. Requires basic animal nutrition knowledge along with work ethic and drive. Excellent communication skills a must.

Technical Service Manager

Provide technical information and support  to customers, field technical calls from producers, sales and suppliers. Develop feeding guidelines, work with new ingredient setup, provide product knowledge to team, solve technical problems. Build rapport with independent livestock consultants and dealer network. Requires solid understanding of feed and livestock industry along with 3 years’ experience in  customer

Quality Assurance Manager

Provide leadership and direction for food safety and food quality functions. Lead a team of 10-12.  Responsible for In-Process QA Lab and serve as Food Safety Team Leader backup for mill. Work with manufacturing, R& D, sales, customer service and raw corn processing. Lead QA to assure  production of high quality and safe food products.

Key Account Rep

Provide reproductive support and training in the IVF and ET process to dairy clients. Utilize value enhanced, solutions based consultative selling process. Work closely with sales reps and independent partners to retain accounts and grow business. Prefer BS degree. Requires AI & ET experience. Must be bilingual. Considerable travel required.

Grain Superintendent

Oversee daily operations of 4MM bushel storage facility, handling about 30MM bushels of grain a year. Will supervise 10-15 employees, coordinate transportation and maintenance needs, responsible for grain quality, quantity and inventory. Customer service top priority. Seeking self-motivated individual with solid leadership skills. Rail experience a plus. Prefer experience in blending and mixing grain along

Dairy Nutritionist

Majority of time will be in sales and business development. Will build relationships and develop customized feed solutions. Work closely with customers to find solutions and optimize dairy.  Portion of time will be administrative, work with formulations, etc. BS in Animal Science with experience in dairy or feed industry.
