Precision Ag Specialist

Growing organization seeks individual to join their team. Will be responsible for selling, installing and servicing precision ag products. Call on farmers in south central Illinois introducing  products, promoting upgrades, and solving problems. Will train on their product lines, requires ag background, people skills and interest in electronics.

Agronomy Sales/Location Mgr.

Sell liquid and dry fertilizer, chemicals and seed. Will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching sprayers. Assist with purchasing. Communicate regularly with customers and prospects marketing agronomy products and services. Excellent customer service is key. Good benefit package.

Irrigation Technician

Work with field production department to maintain crop watering needs. Will organize and direct crew members. Responsible for installing, dismantling and repairing/maintaining irrigation pumps and systems. Maintain water flow, repair leaks and flush lines. Professor & Chair of Ag Department

Growing ag program seeks individual to teach 15-18 credit hours, advise students, collaborate with regional agricultural businesses and organization, conduct research utilizing laboratory, greenhouse and field resources. Assist site manager with all facets of operations including operational, quality, cost and reliability initiatives. Play a vital leadership role in on-site safety programs, documentation and reporting. Work with seed receiving, cleaning and conditioning, treating and packaging seed, training and scheduling staff. Also coordinate and plan customer seed orders, inventory management, trade and compliance, shipping.

Plant Operations Mgr.

Responsible for seed processing facility, including conditioning, retagging and warehousing operations. Hire and supervise temporary and seasonal employees, assist with employee reviews, ensure safety programs are implemented, maintain product quality and inventory.

Field Operations Mgr.

Responsible for seed corn production fields and supervise harvest operations at facility. Work with growers to grow quality product. Implement safety programs, maintain field equipment, monitor bulk seed to ensure quality.
