• We will meet with a chosen company representative and any other members of a search    committee, management board, etc. to set the objectives of the search.

• We will assist in the preparation of an attribute profile for the position, if needed.

• We will assist in the preparation of a job description, if needed.

• We will assist in the preparation of the compensation and benefits package, if needed.

• We will assist in the preparation of a company history to be used in the marketing of the position, if needed.

• We will prepare a community features package to be used in the marketing of the position, if needed.
