AGRIcareers, Inc. is conducting an Exclusive Retained Search for a Senior Vice President of Marketing within the food industry. Will be responsible for all retail activities related to the conceptualization and implementation of the growth and development of marketing strategies/brand building and achieving marketing targets for a wide array of food products.

Primary responsibilities include:

      •Business and market development
      •Consumer research and planning
      •Strategic direction for promotion and advertising
      •Coordinating with sales to support sales growth
      •Hiring and directing day-to-day activities of marketing
      •Coordinating with R & D staff

Successful candidate will offer 15 or more years experience in sales and marketing with a demonstrated track record of accomplishment. Must have demonstrated effectiveness in strategic planning, marketing, product development, business and market development, market research and planning, as well as promotions and advertising preferably within the food industry. BS required, MS or MBA preferred.

Compensation includes salary into the six figures with normal perks associated with executive positions.
